1.	This is a professional work relationship
2.	Pay is either Hourly - or a combination of Hourly and commission - or - commission only.For example: Hourly is obvious (and would be negotiated) · combination of Hourly and commission - Small hourly rate + a commission based on sale of your CD's/Videos/Photos.. · Commission only - No hourly rate - Larger commission based on sale of your CD's/Video's/Photo's.
3.	We do provide references for you to contact.
4.	You never give up FULL rights to the materials - we like to think of this as a partnership.
5.	We try to get in 4 hour sessions at a time in somewhat of a frequent basis this is because our sales have been great and we want to keep our supply of new copy fresh. Again thanks for your reply. Please e-mail ASAP either way with your thoughts or questions.
